Welcome to the new season - Dave Harris, Junior Coordinator
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to let you know that I will be the club's junior cricket co-ordinator for the coming season 2014-2015.
We are still in the throes of setting subsricption costs and the dates for registration and training times, this information will be provided shortly.
We are looking for players of all ages to join our club for this season and would appreciate it if any current players or parents can pass on my details to anyone looking to play cricket.
Our junior philosophy is about team orientation and participation, it is important that players at junior level learn team aspects of cricket and get an opportunity to apply and improve their skills in all areas of the game, which we will be aiming to provide.
This philosophy can out weigh a results driven philosophy, at times, but, we believe this to be in the best interests of kids, particularly in their longer term development and we will talk further our goals in this area, as the season comes around.
I will let you know the important dates as soon as they are locked in, in the meantime if anyone has any questions or they know a parent who would like to contact me my details are below.
